We believe in transparency. Here’s how our payment schedule works to ensure your event planning is stress-free.
Receiving your quote
Once we’ve reviewed your selections, your personalized price quote will land in your inbox within 24–48 hours. Our team will follow up with a quick call to walk through your choices and make sure every detail fits your vision. If you’ve got ideas or notes to share, we’d love to hear them.
Deposit and final payment schedule
After signing your agreement (which includes your quote), a 50% deposit is due at least three weeks ahead of your event. The final payment is due 72 hours (or 3 days) before your big day. Please note: The first deposit is non-refundable, as mentioned on the contract.
