We offer a variety of easy and secure ways for you to pay for your catering services or food order, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

Placing an Order for 9x13 Half Pans

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Sign Up: Click Sign Up or Create Account on the website.

  2. Enter Details: Fill in your name, email address, and password.

  3. Verify Email: Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to activate your account.

Step 2: Choose Your Food

  1. Log In: Sign in with your new account details.

  2. Browse Menu: Explore our menu to select your pans of food or individual meals.

  3. Add to Cart: Select the items you want and add them to your shopping cart.

Step 3: Review & Checkout

  1. View Cart: Click the Shopping Cart icon to review your items and total price.

  2. Checkout: Click Checkout and enter your delivery address and contact phone number.

Step 4: Confirm Your Payment

Choose how you'd like to pay:

  • Online Payment (Card): Pay using a credit or debit card. An invoice will be emailed to you within the hour.

Step 5: Confirmation & Delivery

  1. Order Confirmation: You’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an order confirmation email.

  2. Food Delivery: Our team prepares your fresh food and delivers it straight to your door!

Understanding Our Payment Process for Catering Services

We believe in transparency. Here’s how our payment schedule works to ensure your event planning is stress-free.

Receiving your quote for catering

Once we’ve reviewed your selections, your personalized price quote will land in your inbox within 24–48 hours of your request. Our team will follow up with a quick call to walk through your choices and make sure every detail fits your vision. If you’ve got ideas or notes to share, we’d love to hear them.

Deposit and final payment schedule

After signing your "preliminary agreement" (which includes your quote), a 50% deposit is due at least three weeks ahead of your event. The final payment is due 72 hours (or 3 days) before your big day. Please note: Any payments made prior to cancellations of your event are non-refundable. This is also mentioned on your contract.
